BLACKWELL’S OXFORD BLACKWELL’S FESTIVAL MARQUEE PRESENTS: Lucky 13 Writing Competition: Questions and Answers
Sunday, April 10th at 12:00 – 13:00
In 2015 a collection of short stories based on Oxford’s No 13 bus was published under the title Lucky 13. Within 10 weeks over 400 copies had been sold. Bombus Books is now planning another book on the same theme, compiled from the best entries to a competition. The prize is publication in the new book, with at least 15 winners seeing their story in print. Join Andrew Bax for a Q&A workshop about how to apply to be part of the second book, this is a perfect event for aspiring local writers.
This event is free to attend and will take place in our Blackwell’s Festival Marquee, which will be located next to the Sheldonian Theatre in the Bodleian Library Clarendon Quad during the period of the FT Weekend Oxford Literary Festival, Saturday 2nd April-Sunday 10th April. Tickets are not required, everyone is welcome.
